Everything in this world is temporary, including our bodies. As Muslims, we believe that our bodies are a blessing from Allah s.w.t and that we have to make sure that we take full care of it including being healthy, strong and keeping fit. We will have a Quran recitation and reminder before the hike because after all, healthy outside starts with a healthy inside
